Akar Auto Industries has provided shareholders with instructions to access its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 online, particularly for those whose email addresses are not registered. The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.30 per Equity Share (6% on Rs. 5/- face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
