Mohite Industries Ltd — Important, 04-09-2026: Company Update

Mohite Industries' Board considered the re-appointment of Director Mr. Abhay Bhide, who retires by rotation. The Board also set the remuneration for cost accountants, M/s. S.V. Vhatte & Associates, at Rs 60,000 for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Further, the company will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) as a physical gathering. Details regarding book closure and e-voting for the AGM will be provided shortly.
