Asston Pharmaceuticals' board approved key appointments and future plans. M/s Yash A. Jain & Associates was appointed as Internal Auditor, and M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditors. The board also put forward Mr. Ashish Narayan Sakalkar for re-appointment as Managing Director and proposed increased remuneration for him, Mrs. Saili Jayaram More (Whole-time Director and CEO), and Mr. Sachin Chandrakant Badakh (Non-Executive Director). These remuneration increases and the MD's re-appointment are subject to shareholder approval. The company will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting in late September, with an e-voting cut-off for eligible shareholders in mid-September.
