Panorama Studios' board has approved raising Related Party Transaction limits to 1500 Cr, borrowing powers to 1500 Cr, and loan/investment limits to 1250 Cr, all pending shareholder approval. Executive Director Abhishek Pathak and Independent Directors Sandeep Sahu & Rekha Agarwal are also up for re-appointment at the upcoming AGM.
