EFC (I) Ltd — Important, 05-09-2026: Company Update

EFC (I) Limited has completed the sale of its entire 100% equity shareholding in Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited. This subsidiary held two income-generating floors in Pune's Konark Alpha Building, which EFC had developed and leased out. The company sold this asset via the subsidiary for INR 39 Cr. While Sanvritti Alpha is no longer a subsidiary, EFC will continue to operate these spaces as Managed/Coworking Offices under an "Assets Sale and Lease Back" arrangement. This move aligns with EFC's strategy to monetize assets for wealth generation and ensure stable rental income.
