ICRA has reaffirmed ratings for SG Finserve's long-term bank facilities at [ICRA]AA(CE) with a Stable outlook. It also assigned a provisional [ICRA]AA(CE) rating to new bank facilities and NCDs, all with Stable outlooks, supported by credit enhancements. Commercial Paper rating remains [ICRA]A1+.
