    Fractal Analytics board met, approving sale of EdTech, FAA, and Iqigai.ai to subsidiary AVEPL for ₹10.9 Cr. Further investment of ₹39.4 Cr in AVEPL also approved. Investment limit in Fractal US increased by USD 4.5 Cr. Additionally, Fractal US to invest USD 0.3 Cr in Asper US.
