JSW Cement Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-05-2026: Dividend

JSW Cement has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders will be informed of the record and payment dates in due course. The company also approved its audited financial results and capacity expansion plans for a new 2.5 MTPA grinding unit. Additionally, the Board has endorsed the re-appointment of key management personnel.
