Piramal Finance Limited — JV/Acquisition, 26-05-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Piramal Finance Limited is set to merge with Piramal Corporate Tower Private Limited, Piramal Agastya Offices Private Limited, and DHFL Investments Limited. This amalgamation is aimed at achieving greater scale and operational efficiencies. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has ruled that shareholder meetings are not required, as the transaction involves wholly-owned subsidiaries merging into the parent company, Piramal Finance. This means there will be no dilution of existing shareholding for Piramal Finance investors.
