Nephrocare Health Services Limited — Important, 26-05-2026: Disclosure of material issue

Nephroplus has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Kazakhstan, NPHSK LLP, through its Singapore arm, NHSI. This move is aimed at expanding the company's kidney care and dialysis services network in the region, with NPHSK LLP set to operate dialysis centers and provide related healthcare services. The initial investment is KZT 5,000,000 (approx. USD 10,500). The company effectively controls 100% of this new entity.
