BMW Ventures reports FY26 revenue of ₹2,278.23 Cr, up 10.48%. PBT and PAT saw significant YoY growth of 11.90% and 14.20% respectively. Fabrication unit revenue surged 118.91% and secured ₹63 Cr in new contracts. Board approved an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share.
