Indian Infotech & Software Ltd — Important, 05-09-2026: Company Update

Indian Infotech and Software Limited's board has approved the appointment of Heneel Shah & Associates as Internal Auditors for three financial years and M/s. SSRV and Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years, pending member approval. The board also supported increasing the investment and borrowing limits up to Rs. 500 Cr, subject to shareholder consent at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, a related party transaction of up to Rs. 250 Cr was approved for member ratification.
