Maitri Enterprises Limited's board has approved the annual report, including audited financial statements for FY26, and set the date for the 35th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. The board also plans to seek shareholder approval for transactions with related party Gayatri Infrastructure Limited, not exceeding ₹250 crore annually over FY27-FY29. Additionally, a ₹40 crore corporate guarantee for Gayatri Infrastructure Limited's credit facilities and the regularisation of Mr. Bharat Ramjibhai Sisodia as a Non-Executive Independent Director were approved. The appointment of M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years was also endorsed.
