NLC India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-09-2026: Record Date

NLC India's board has set the record date as September 22, 2026, for shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY25-26. The company will also close its Register of Members and share transfer books from September 23-29, 2026, for the 70th AGM. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026. Additionally, the company plans to borrow USD 100 million in ECB for capex.
