Bedmutha Industries Limited has informed that the Thirty Sixth (36th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11.45 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ( VC ) / Other Audio Visual Means ( OAVM ).In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended), the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings issued by Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide its members with the remote e-voting facility. Accordingly, for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically, the Company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026 as the Cut-off date. The Company has engaged the services of MUFG Intime India Private Limited (earlier known as Link Intime India Private Limited) to provide the e-voting facility on Instavote platform.The remote e-voting period commences from 9.00 a.m. (IST) on Friday, September 25, 2026 and ends at 05:00 p.m. (IST) on Sunday, September 27, 2026. The facility of voting through electronic voting system shall also be made available at the AGM and the members participating in AGM through VC/OAVM, who have already not cast their vote by remote e-voting shall be eligible to cast their vote in the meeting.Further to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, it is hereby informed that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM of the Company.
