Shree Salasar Investments Limited's Board of Directors has approved several key decisions. The 46th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually, and the Notice of AGM, Director's Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for FY 2025-2026 have been approved. Mr. Nitin Jain has resigned as an Independent Director. M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates will be appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, filling a casual vacancy. Additionally, Mr. Saumesh Ashok Mishra has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director until the upcoming AGM.
