sions through randomisation process

39 Sub-Registrar offices now created in line with 39 sub-divisions; there were 22 earlier

In a move aimed at making governance in Delhi more

transparent, fair, effective and citizen-friendly, Sub-

Registrars have, for the first time, been appointed across

all 39 sub-divisions on the

directions of Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta. The

postings were carried out through a technology-

assisted randomisation process. The process was

conducted in the presence

of the Additional Chief Secretary (Services). For

the convenience of the pub-

lic, the number of Sub- Registrar offices has also

been increased to 39 from

22 earlier. Under the process, some officers have

been retained as Sub-

Registrars, while others have been transferred from

their existing assignments

cers were selected for

appointment as Sub- Registrars from among a

group of officers meeting prescribed criteria, includ-

ing better health, sufficient remaining service tenure

and vigilance clearance.

towards becoming a vehi- cle-free public space, but

the New Delhi Municipal

Council (NDMC) is first seeking the views of

traders, visitors and other stakeholders before decid-

ing how far and for how

long vehicles should be

restricted in the Inner Circk. The proposal is nota

new one. The NDMC has tied different plans and

conducted trials in the past

to limit vehiculr move-

ment in the Inner Circle, but none of the arrangements

became permanent. This time, the civic body is con-

sidering a more flexible

approach, with timings changing according to the

season and longer restric-

A Delhi court has rejected the interim bail pla on medical grounds filed by

the owner of a Malviya Nagar hotel

where a fire chimed 23 lives, saying he was already receiving adequate

specialised medical treatment in cus- tody. Additional Sessions Judge Samar

Vishal was hearing Lovkesh Bajaj's plea seeking four weeks interim bail

during which he said that the medical exigency cited by the accused had

already been addressed through sur-

gery at Delhi's Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML). In an order dated

September 3, the court said, "The

court is conscious of the seriousness of the applicant's medical condition

and his entitlement to uninterrupted

appropriate medical However, the material presently avail-

able shows that such care is already being provided interim bail for four

weeks is neither medically indicated

nor necessary at this stage". Bajaj is named as an accused in the case over

the fire at the five-storey 'Flourish

NOTICE OF 48™ ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING,

BOOK CLOSURE AND E-VOTING INFORMATION NOTICE is hereby given thatthe 48" Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of

the Members of Multipurpose Trading and Agencies Ltd. will be held on Wednesday, the 30" Day of September, 2026 at 10.00 am at D-2,

Kalindi Colony, New Delhi- 110065, to transact the businesses as set out inthe Notice of the 48" Annual General Meeting.

The Company has completed the dispatch of the Notice of AGM along withthe Annual Report for the financial year ended 31" March, 2026 tothe

Members on 3" September, 2026 through the permitted mode(s). The Notice of AGM and the Annual Report are available on the website of

the Company at www.multipurposetrading.in, on the website of BSE Limited al www.bseindia.com and on the website of the e-voting service

provider atwww.evoting.nsdl.com BOOK CLOSURE

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24.09.2026 to 30.09.2026 (both

days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote through remote e-voting is Wednesday, ptember, 2026.

Only Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the

Depositories as on the cut-off date shall be enlitled to avail the facility of remote e-voling.

REMOTEE-VOTING Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20

of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, the Company s providing ts Members the facility to exercise their right to vote

electronically on all the resolutions proposed to be considered at the AGM through remote e-voting facility provided by National Securities

Depository Limited(NSDL)

The remote e-voting facility will commence on Saturday, 26" September, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. IST and shall end on Tuesday, 29"

September, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. IST. The remote e-voting facility shall not be allowed beyond the aforesaid

date and time and shall be disabled thereafter by the e-voting service provider.

Members who have not cast their vote through remote e-voting may vote atthe AGM in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Members who have cast their vote through remote e-voting may attend the AGM but shall not be entitled to cast their vote again at the AGM.

SCRUTINIZER The Company has appointed Mr.Deepak Somaiya, Practising Company

Secretary, as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voling process and voting atthe AGM in a fair and transparent manner.

MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AGMNOTICE

Members who have not received the Notice of AGM and/or Annual Report may obtain the same by sending a request to

info@multipurposetrading.in o by accessing the same from the Company's website at Multipurposetrading.in

Any person who acquires shares of the Company and becomes a Member after dispatch of the Notice of AGM and holds shares as on the

cut-off date may obtain the login credentials for remote e-voting in the manner provided in the Notice of AGM or by contacting the e-voting
