Terraform Magnum Limited has dispatched its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the Notice for its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 28. Shareholders registered as of September 21 are eligible to participate and vote.

The e-voting window will be open from September 25 until September 27. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 28 for the AGM.
