SVA India has finalized key corporate updates, including convening its upcoming annual general meeting for shareholders.

The leadership has also appointed M/s. Deepika Mishra & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor and proposed M/s. Rakesh S. Kapoor & Co. as the Statutory Auditor, both to serve a consecutive five-year term starting from the financial year 2026-27, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mrs. Poonam Somani has been named as the scrutineer to oversee the upcoming e-voting process.
