Outcome of Board Meeting

Laxmi Goldorna House has approved the Directors' Report and Secretarial Audit for FY25-26. The board also scheduled the 17th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, set book closure dates, and appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
