Tejassvi Aaharam Limited has announced major leadership changes, including the appointment of Mr. Natarajan Prasanna as Managing Director and Mr. Shreyas Raghav as Executive Director, alongside several non-executive board appointments and the resignations of three directors and the Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Chitra Lalitha & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term and proposed changing its corporate name to "WEAGRO Limited."
