NSE/LIST/48932 dated 17th November, 2025 and no. DCS/AMAL/TS/R37/3905/2025-26 dated 19th November, 2025 ("Observation Letters"), issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited (collectively the "Stock Exchanges"), respectively, received in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement.'.
