Company Update

Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd has announced key board and leadership changes, including the resignation of Non-Executive Director Navin Kumar and the appointment of Brajesh Vyas as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, Tirpunari Lal has transitioned from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Avijeet Kumar for a fresh five-year term and reconstituted board committees including the Audit, Nomination and Compensation, and Stakeholder’s Relationship committees.

Furthermore, S. Sinha & Associates and Arvind Arpan & Associates were appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors respectively for the upcoming financial year.
