Aten Papers & Foam has announced key board changes, including the appointment of Raghav Jobanputra as an independent director and the resignation of Premaram Jaitaram Patel.

The company also re-appointed Mohamedarif Mohamedibrahim Lakhani as Managing Director for three years and reconstituted its audit, nomination, and remuneration, and stakeholders relationship committees.

Additionally, the board proposed Alvi & Associates as new statutory auditors for a five-year term and cleared multiple related-party transactions, all pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
