Mr. Asif Khader has been re-appointed as the Managing Director and Chairman for a further term of five years, ensuring continuity at the helm with his extensive three-decade experience in the software industry.

Additionally, Ms. Akthar Begum has transitioned from her role as an Independent Director upon the completion of her tenure, moving into a new position as a Non-Executive Director on the board.
