Axtel Industries has partnered with the Foundation for Science, Innovation and Development at IISc to acquire an exclusive license for advanced cryogenic grinding and milling technology.

The collaboration includes prototype delivery, technical documentation, and know-how transfer for manufacturing fine powders from polymers, rubbers, and resins.

Financially, the arrangement involves up to Rs 3 crores for the prototype equipment alongside sales-linked royalties capped at Rs 3 crores.

This strategic move aims to expand Axtel's technological capabilities, substitute expensive imported machinery and powders, and drive indigenous manufacturing growth.
