Ashiana Housing has fixed 22nd September 2026 as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the upcoming Annual General Meeting and the final dividend payout for the financial year ending 31st March 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders holding shares as of the close of business hours on this date will qualify for the dividend.
