Novartis India Ltd has entered into an exclusive promotion and distribution agreement for a total upfront consideration of 10 Cr.

Under this deal, the company secures exclusive rights to promote and distribute a retina portfolio comprising Accentrix and Pagenax across India.

This strategic move marks the company’s entry into the ophthalmology therapy space, broadening its commercial portfolio and opening up a fresh revenue stream for shareholders by tapping into specialized eye care markets.
