Retina Paints has announced that its sixteenth annual general meeting will be held virtually, alongside the completion of the electronic dispatch of the annual report and meeting notices to shareholders.

The register of members and share transfer books will remain temporarily closed leading up to the meeting.

Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialized form are provided with remote electronic voting facilities as well as voting options during the meeting, based on a designated cut-off date.

An independent firm of practicing company secretaries has been appointed to oversee the electronic voting process.
