This buyout brings differentiated oral-strip solutions for pets into the company's portfolio, combining product innovation with the firm's manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain capabilities.

The business plan involves scaling operations by introducing twelve new stock-keeping units initially, followed by thirty-two additional ones.

This expansion allows the company to tap into the growing shift toward preventive pet health, aiming to build a comprehensive wellness platform and create new revenue streams for shareholders.
