Titagarh Rail Systems has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the upcoming dividend payout for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the 29th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026. The cutoff date also applies to voting eligibility for resolutions at the AGM via remote e-voting.
