Outcome of Board Meeting

Udayshivakumar Infra has approved increasing its authorized share capital from 56.50 Cr to 72.50 Cr and called the 7th AGM for September 30, 2026. The board also appointed M/s Murthy & Co. LLP as cost auditor, reconstituted key committees, and postponed the preferential issue of convertible warrants.
