TCC Concept Limited is merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, ALTRR Software Services Limited, into itself.

The objective is to simplify corporate structure, integrate supplemental tech operations, achieve administrative synergies, optimize cash flows, and drive cost efficiencies.

Since ALTRR is 100% owned by TCC Concept, no new shares will be issued, and existing subsidiary shares will be cancelled, resulting in zero shareholding dilution for retail investors.

This consolidation strengthens TCC's financial foundation and enhances overall operational efficiency across its diverse tech and AI-driven business verticals.
