Globesecure Technologies has signed agreements to acquire a 75% stake in ANA Cyber Forensic for ₹6.00 Cr, a 51% stake in Optimistic Technology Solutions for ₹7.65 Cr, and a 51% partnership in Crescent Technologies for ₹15.30 Cr to expand its cyber security and enterprise IT capabilities.
