Melstar Information Technologies has fixed a cut-off date of September 18, 2026, to determine shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting concerning resolutions at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, the register of members and share transfer books will close from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The board also proposed raising an unsecured loan of ₹300 Cr from promoters and directors, with an option to convert it into equity.
