Appointment

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited has appointed Mr. Ramesh Kumar Agrawal and Ms. Purvi Jayendra Bhavsar as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Directors for a consecutive term of five years, subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot.

The company has also approved the notice for the postal ballot and appointed Mr. Rajesh Parekh as the scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process.
