Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited has appointed Mr Partha Satpathy as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of three years, following the receipt of necessary security clearance.

Mr Satpathy brings extensive diplomatic and international experience, having served as an Indian Ambassador and diplomat for over thirty-five years, alongside an educational background from IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Essex.

This leadership addition strengthens board governance, risk management, and strategic oversight as the company navigates global markets and expands its international operational capabilities.
