Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd has appointed M/s. Shweta Jain & Co LLP as internal auditor for the upcoming financial year.

Additionally, the company has proposed the appointments of M/s. D D S & Associates as statutory auditors and M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditor for a consecutive five-year term, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual meeting.
