ASM Technologies Ltd has announced a preferential issue of up to 10,78,974 equity shares at Rs. 4,875 per share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 525.99 Cr to institutional and individual investors, including SBI Mutual Fund.

This capital raise aims to strengthen the company's financial position and fund future growth initiatives.
