Veefin Solutions has initiated the process to migrate its equity shares from the BSE SME platform to the main board of BSE and has proposed a direct listing on the National Stock Exchange.

As part of this transition, the company has submitted its information memorandum covering over two crore equity shares without offering any new shares for sale.

This move reflects the company's evolution from its initial SME listing into a broader enterprise banking technology provider serving financial institutions across domestic and international markets, marking a key milestone for its growth and stakeholder visibility.
