Oswal Overseas Limited has successfully exited insolvency proceedings as the tribunal allowed the withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process following a 100 percent approved settlement with the sole financial creditor.

The company is now fully restored to its pre-insolvency management, the operational moratorium has been lifted, and the interim resolution professional has been formally discharged.

All resolution costs have been fully cleared, removing financial overhang and paving the way for normal business operations to resume smoothly.
