Ahead of this meeting, the company has arranged a temporary closure of its register of members and share transfer books.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote remotely on corporate resolutions using electronic platforms provided by the authorized agency.

Additionally, the company has highlighted a special operational window allowing eligible investors to re-lodge previously rejected physical share transfer requests for dematerialization, subject to a one-year lock-in period for the newly processed shares.
