Tuni Textile Mills Ltd has announced a rights issue of 48.98 Crore fully paid-up equity shares at ₹ 1 each, aggregating up to 48.98 Crore.

Eligible shareholders will receive 15 rights equity shares for every 4 existing equity shares held.

This capital raising initiative aims to expand the company's equity base from 13.06 Crore shares to 62.05 Crore shares upon full subscription, providing existing investors an opportunity to increase their stake at face value while supporting the company's capital requirements and future growth plans.
