The company is dispatching the annual report and meeting notice exclusively via email to shareholders whose addresses are registered with depositories or the company.

Shareholders holding physical shares or dematerialized accounts are advised to update their email addresses, bank details, and PAN with their respective depository participants or the registrar and transfer agent to ensure seamless communication and electronic servicing of documents.
