Indrayani Biotech Ltd has approved the Letter of Offer for its rights issue of up to 3,25,25,897 partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The shares are priced at ₹15 each, aggregating up to ₹48.79 Cr, and will be offered in the ratio of 5 rights equity shares for every 7 fully paid-up equity shares held by eligible shareholders.
