EKI Energy Services Ltd has approved an alteration to the main and ancillary object clauses of its Memorandum of Association, pending shareholder approval.

The expansion adds new business activities including trading, importing, exporting, recycling, and processing of various ferrous and non-ferrous metals and scrap.

Additionally, the company is broadening its operational scope to encompass renewable energy generation, alternative fuels like green hydrogen and compressed biogas, organic fertilizers, carbon management technologies, and comprehensive manpower recruitment and staffing services.

This strategic shift enables the company to diversify its revenue streams into metal trading, green energy, and human resource solutions, creating new growth avenues for shareholders.
