Tankup Engineers Limited has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% partnership interest in M/s Hitech Hydraulics for an undisclosed deal size.

The target is an AS9100-qualified precision engineering firm specializing in hydraulic and pneumatic systems for India's strategic space and missile programmes, including Agni, BrahMos, Akash, and ISRO/DRDO facilities.

This strategic buyout instantly injects high-value precision machining, clean-room integration, and structural test rig engineering into Tankup’s portfolio.

The move expands its footprint beyond defense mobility into missile ground systems and space hardware, bolstering its cross-selling capabilities and order pipeline.
