NHC Foods Ltd has entered into binding terms through its subsidiary to establish its first manufacturing facility in Liberia, West Africa.

The proposed plant, located within a special economic zone in Monrovia, will focus on processing fruit juices and allied food products.

This initiative marks a strategic entry into the African market, utilizing Liberia as a gateway to broader regional trade networks.

The project is currently in the pre-implementation and feasibility stage, with site access secured for surveys and environmental assessments.

Funding will come from internal resources and international market development reserves to support the company's long-term global expansion.
