(IST), along with the Annual Report and requisite disclosures, was circulated to Members on September 7, 2026, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations, being 21 clear days prior to the AGM.

The Notice includes Ordinary and Special Business with detailed Explanatory Statements.

To uphold transparency and good corporate governance and enable Members to make an informed decision, the Company proposes to provide certain additional information to the Explanatory Statement.
