Allotment of Securities

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers has successfully raised Rs. 1 Cr by allotting 100 secure, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures via private placement at a face value of Rs. 1 Lakh each, carrying a 9% quarterly coupon rate maturing in over a year.
